TUESDAY | THURSDAY | FRIDAY
This is the perfect class to attend for your very first day. Coach Beth teaches a curriculum that is easy to follow and you can jump in at any point without being lost in the technique. These classes will get you a workout while still being gentle enough on the body for beginners. There is no sparring or live rolling in this class so the hour is focused on warming up, technique instruction, practicing the move of the day, and some very specific position training.
