These classes are programed by Strength and Conditioning coach, Brody Harford and taught by former professional Strongman, Powerlifting, and Bodybuilder, Elena Seiple. This unique class helps our combat athletes (wrestlers, mma fighters, Jiu-Jitsu players, etc) prepare for tournaments and maintain good physical health throughout the year. There is a combination of cardio, strength, balance, explosiveness, coordination, and endurance training. Even if you are not doing martial arts, this is a GREAT workout.
