All Skill Levels
Adult Jiu-Jitsu
This 90-minute class is offered 2 - 3 times a day and begins a warm-up, group instruction, drilling technique, and finishes with live training. Whether a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, these classes are suited for anyone wanting to learn new techniques, get a phenomenal workout and be surrounded by other motivated individuals.

Adult No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu
Our 90-minute adult class focuses on No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu (a slightly different style that doesn't need a gi) and grappling/wrestling. It begins with instruction and finishes with live training. No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu is a great way to take your Jiu-Jitsu and stand-up game to the next level. This is the perfect way for wrestlers to use their previous skill set and learn submission grappling.
Beginner Friendly
Adult Fundamentals
Offered three times a week (two gi and one no-gi classes), this 60-minute class is created for someone new to martial arts. Fundamentals class consists of a good warm-up, small-group instruction, and plenty of time for practicing the techniques. You will learn the basics of BJJ, improve your mobility and flexibility, get a workout, and meet new people while having the space and time to work at your pace.
Ages 8 - Up
Youth Jiu-Jitsu
Our All-level Kid's Jiu-Jitsu class is for ages 8 & Up and practices 5 times a week. This fun, structured, and challenging 60-minute class is great for children of all skill levels. The class will challenge children and help develop Jiu-Jitsu skills for both competition and self-defense. Our youth classes provide an engaging and fun way to get physical and mental exercise while learning a martial art.
Invitation Only Class
Advanced Kid's Jiu-Jitsu
Advanced Kid's Jiu-Jitsu is held twice a week. After some time in the all-levels program, some children may come to this Invitation-only class to work on more complex technique at a higher pace. Children in this program are expected to meet the coach's standards as student-athletes and maintain a certain level of work ethic, respect, and achievement on the mats and in the classroom at school.
Ages 8 - Up
Youth Wrestling
Children 8 & up in the Wrestling program are introduced to beginner and intermediate wrestling techniques. Your child will learn technique from instructional breaks with coaches, followed by supervised time to drill the moves. This class will incorporate live wrestling and positional drills. Coach Blake Willard uses his years extensive knowledge as an educator and administrator to lead our kids.
Ages 5 - 8
Little Grappling
Coaches Rene (Jiu-Jitsu), Charleen (Jiu-Jitsu), and Blake (Wrestling) teach valuable lessons to our Little Kids. Not only will your children learn fundamental Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling techniques, improve listening skills, and work on basic coordination, they will have a blast playing with the other kids. This class is intended to help build the love of the sport and martial arts with fun instruction and lots of games!
Ages 8-14 & Adults
Judo
Atlas Grappling's Judo is taught by Lukas Seoane-Scheitermaier and Chris Sakoda, and assisted by Dustin Hines and Ranson Shepherd. At Atlas Grappling, we are working on revitalizing Judo in the USA from the bottom up. While respecting the Martial Arts traditions that Judokas worldwide are proud of, our program is evolving the way that Judo is taught and trained to be safer and more sustainable. Our USA Judo certified team competes any chance they get!
Adult and Ages 14+
Adult / Teen Wrestling
Atlas Grappling’s Adult Wrestling program allows Adults and teens (14-years-old and up) to practice together. Coach Canada teaches beginner to advanced techniques to the students. Practice involves instruction and repetition of wrestling moves at moderate to high intensity. The energy of this class is unmatched! This is perfect for High Schoolers looking to stay on the mats all year long and adults who wish they would've wrestled sooner or miss the mats themselves.
Ages 14+
Striking
This Striking class is taught by Bronson Sabado and Lam Pham. Both instructors have well over a dozen MMA fights each, and about 30 years combined experience. Striking class is Muay Thai based and involves punches and kicks. 14-16oz gloves and shin guards are required. With the bulk of class being partner technique drills, there is constant movement for the entire duration. Looking for a great workout? This is the class for you.

Grappling Private Lessons
Private lessons are offered in most of our disciplines by our coaching staff. Private lessons are one-on-one or small group training sessions that are tailored to the client. Similar to Personal Training (like you would get in a fitness gym), these lessons are specifically for you and what you want to work on. Competition Training
Our classes are programmed by Sports Performance Coach, Brody Harford and run by our own member and former professional bodybuilder and strongman competitor, Elena Seiple. This hour-long session is designed for combat athletes to improve performance. You will help prevent injuries and prep your body for peak Jiu-Jitsu, Judo and Wrestling performance.
