Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals

Offered three times a week (two gi and one no-gi classes), this 60-minute class is created for someone new to martial arts. Fundamentals class has small-group instruction and plenty of time for practicing the beginner-level techniques.  You will learn the basics of BJJ, improve your mobility and flexibility, get a workout, and meet new people while having the space and time to work at your pace.

GI Jiu-Jitsu

This 90-minute class is offered 2 times a day and begins a warm-up, group instruction, drilling technique, and finishes with live training. Fundamentals class is the best option for someone new to Jiu-Jitsu, but these classes are suited for anyone wanting to learn new techniques, get a phenomenal workout and be surrounded by other motivated individuals.

no-gi
Jiu-Jitsu

Our 90-minute adult class focuses on No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu (a slightly different style that doesn't need a gi). It begins with instruction and finishes with live training. No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu is a great way to take your Jiu-Jitsu and stand-up game to the next level. This is the perfect way for wrestlers to use their previous skill set and learn submission grappling.
