GI Jiu-Jitsu
This 90-minute class is offered 2 - 3 times a day and begins a warm-up, group instruction, drilling technique, and finishes with live training. Whether a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, these classes are suited for anyone wanting to learn new techniques, get a phenomenal workout and be surrounded by other motivated individuals.

no-gi
Jiu-Jitsu
Our 90-minute adult class focuses on No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu (a slightly different style that doesn't need a gi) and grappling/wrestling. It begins with instruction and finishes with live training. No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu is a great way to take your Jiu-Jitsu and stand-up game to the next level. This is the perfect way for wrestlers to use their previous skill set and learn submission grappling.
COMPETITION
CONDITIONING
Our classes are programmed and run by former professional powerlifter, bodybuilder and strongman competitor, Elena Seiple. This hour-long session is designed for combat athletes to improve performance. This is not a Jiu-Jitsu class, but Coach Elena incorporates some BJJ techniques into the conditioning program.
