All Skill Levels
Adult Jiu-Jitsu
This 90-minute class is offered to or 3 times a day and begins a warm-up, group instruction, drilling technique, and finishes with live training. Whether a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, these classes are suited for anyone wanting to learn new techniques, get a phenomenal workout and be surrounded by other motivated individuals.

Adult No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu
Our 90-minute adult class focuses on No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu (a slightly different style that doesn't need a gi) and grappling/wrestling. It begins with instruction and finishes with live training. No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu is a great way to take your Jiu-Jitsu and stand-up game to the next level. This is the perfect way for wrestlers to use their previous skill set and learn submission

Beginner Friendly
Adult Fundamentals
Offered three times a week (two gi and one no-gi classes), this 60-minute class is great for someone new to martial arts. Fundamentals class includes small-group technique instruction and plenty of time for practicing new techniques. There is no sparring or rolling in this class, the main goals are to learn and practice fundamental body movement used in Jiu-Jitsu and to drill the technique taught in class that day.

Ages 5 - 8
Little's Jiu-Jitsu
Little's Jiu-Jitsu is for children aged 5 to 8 have a 45-minute Jiu-Jitsu class twice a week, paired with Wrestling once a week. At this age, we introduce the students to some basic techniques while providing a fun environment for them to increase their coordination, listening skills, and get some exercise.

Ages 8 - Up
Youth Jiu-Jitsu
Our All-level Kid's Jiu-Jitsu class is for ages 8 & Up and practices 5 times a week. This fun, structured, and challenging 60-minute class is great for children of all skill levels. The class will challenge and develop kid's skills and knowledge in Jiu-Jitsu for both competition and self-defense. Kids will break a sweat with exercise, burn some energy, play with friends, and learn new techniques.

Invite Only Advanced Class
Advanced Kid's Jiu-Jitsu
Advanced Kid's Jiu-Jitsu is held twice a week. After some time in the all-levels program, some children may come to this invitation-only class to work on more complex technique at a higher pace. Children in this program are expected to meet the coach's standards as student-athletes and maintain a certain level of work ethic, respect, and achievement on the mats and in the classroom at school.

Ages 14 - Up
Adult Wrestling
Atlas Grappling’s Level 3 Wrestling program allows people 14-years-old to adult to practice together. Coach Canada will teach beginner to advanced techniques to our Level 3 athletes. Practice involves high repetition of wrestling moves at moderate to high intensity. There will be live wrestling involved in this class, and position training.

Ages 8 - 14
Youth Wrestling
Children 8 & up in the Level 2 Wrestling program are introduced to beginner and intermediate wrestling techniques. Your child will learn technique from instructional breaks with coaches, followed by supervised and assisted time to drill the moves. This class will incorporate live wrestling and positional drills.

Ages 4 - 8
Little's Wrestling
In this program children ages 4-7 work on coordination, wrestling fundamentals, and listening skills. For our young children, we focus on building fundamental wrestling techniques and a love of athletics. At Atlas Grappling, we believe it is important to foster a love for sports, teach intrapersonal skills (teamwork), build basic body coordination, and help children become comfortable with uncomfortable things.

Ages 12 - Adult
Judo
This Takedown class is taught by Judo brown belt, Lukas. Lukas teaches techniques and principals from Judo to the Jiu-Jitsu team to help improve our stand-up and takedown game in the gi. This 60-minute class is a great addition to our program and will help you learn proper takedowns and defenses. Combining Wrestling with Coach Canada and Judo with Coach Lukas will help you get a very well-rounded game!

All Skill Levels
Women's Sunday Jiu-Jitsu
Women's class is FREE and teaches Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals in a small, female-only, no-stress environment. This is a great way to get some work in with similar-sized teammates, hang out with the ladies, introduce yourself to the sport, and learn self-defense techniques.

Adult
Weight and Fitness Open Gym
Enjoy all the perks at Atlas Grappling with our free weight area for ages 14 & Up (minors must be supervised). We are stocked with Rogue equipment including dumbbells from 5 to 90 pounds, kettlebells from 10 to 88 pounds, bumper plates, barbells, a power rack, squat rack, concept2 rower, assault bike, and more. The weight area is open to members any time the gym is open. Take advantage of the small business perks of an uncrowded personal gym! Fitness-only memberships (no grappling) are also available!
