Adult No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu
Our 90-minute adult class focuses on No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu (a slightly different style that doesn't need a gi) and grappling/wrestling. It begins with instruction and finishes with live training. No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu is a great way to take your Jiu-Jitsu and stand-up game to the next level. This is the perfect way for wrestlers to use their previous skill set and learn submission grappling.

Beginner Friendly
Adult Fundamentals
Offered three times a week (two gi and one no-gi classes), this 60-minute class is created for someone new to martial arts. Fundamentals class consists of a good warm-up, small-group instruction, and plenty of time for practicing the techniques. You will learn the basics of BJJ, improve your mobility and flexibility, get a workout, and meet new people while having the space and time to work at your pace.

Our youth classes provide an engaging and fun way to get physical and mental exercise while learning a martial art.

Invitation Only Class
Advanced Kid's Jiu-Jitsu
Advanced Kid's Jiu-Jitsu is held twice a week. After some time in the all-levels program, some children may come to this Invitation-only class to work on more complex technique at a higher pace. Children in this program are expected to meet the coach's standards as student-athletes and maintain a certain level of work ethic, respect, and achievement on the mats and in the classroom at school.

Ages 4 - 8
Little's Wrestling
In this program children ages 4-7 work on coordination, wrestling fundamentals, and listening skills. For our young children, we focus on building fundamental wrestling techniques and a love of athletics. At Atlas Grappling, we believe it is important to foster a love for sports above all else, teach intrapersonal skills (teamwork), build basic body coordination, and help children become comfortable with doing uncomfortable things.

Adult and Ages 14+
Adult / Teen Wrestling
Atlas Grappling’s Adult Wrestling program allows Adults and teens, 14-years-old and up to practice together. Coach Canada teaches beginner to advanced techniques to the students. Practice involves instruction and repetition of wrestling moves at moderate to high intensity. There is position training and live wrestling involved in this class.

Ages 12+
Judo
Our Judo class is taught by Judo black belt, Lukas Seoane-Scheitermaier. Lukas teaches techniques and principals from Judo to help improve our stand-up and takedown game in the gi. This 60-minute Judo class is a great addition to our grappling program and will help you learn proper Judo takedowns, defenses, and attacks. As this program grows, we intend on adding MORE Judo classes to the weekly schedule.
