Women's Jiu-Jitsu

Service Description

Women's class teaches Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals in a female-only environment. This is a great way to get some work in with similar-sized teammates, hang out with the ladies, introduce yourself to the sport, and learn self-defense techniques. The class consists of technique instruction, drilling time, and some position training.
