Service Description

This 60-minute small group class involves constant movement with structured rest (think HIIT circuit training). Whether you are coming to lose weight, get stronger, build muscle, prevent injuries, or improve your cardiovascular endurance, you will leave fulfilled! Our coach, Kekoa, focuses on building strength with functional movement patterns to help build general athleticism and prevent sports-related injuries. He keeps a watchful eye on perfect form and teaches proper body mechanics. There will be weightlifting, slow and explosive exercises, and hard work involved! You will leave it feeling primed to take on whatever task is next to achieve your goals.
